The Gaiexce warranty covers the Product for one (1) year from the documented date of purchase. Some exceptions apply. See below 'Warranty Period Exceptions' section for details. The purchase date must be documented with either an original sales receipt from the first retailer selling the Product or by credit card receipts or statements.

• To the extent product packaging and/or gaiexce.com website content indicates a different warranty period, the different warranty period will apply subject to the other terms and conditions of the Gaiexce Terms of Service, Gaiexce Hardware Warranty.
• Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras - moving parts such as motors, bearings etc. - six (6) Months (NOTE: The rest of the Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera components are covered for one (1) Year).
• 1,000ft Bulk Cat6 UTP Ethernet Cable : Due to the inherent characteristics of the product, returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or compromised, or if the product shows signs of use or alteration, except in cases where the product is found to be defective.
• All other components, accessories and consumables contained with the Product in the original packaging are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the documented date of purchase.

Gaiexce's obligations under this warranty are limited, at its sole option, either to:

• Repair the Product found by Gaiexce to be defective; or
• Replace parts or, in Gaiexce's sole discretion, the Product if it is found by Gaiexce to be defective.

Products may be repaired with new or refurbished parts, and may be replaced with new or refurbished products, of the same or similar model as the replaced Product, or of materially equivalent or superior quality, at the sole discretion of Gaiexce. Repaired and replacement Products will be warranted to the Purchaser under the Gaiexce Terms of Service, Limited Hardware Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment to Purchaser, whichever is longer. Any replaced Product or part becomes the property of Gaiexce.

• This warranty is invalidated if non-Gaiexce accessories are or have been used in connection with the Product, or if any modification or repair is made to the Product by any service depot or other person not authorized by Gaiexce. This warranty does not apply to defects in or damages to the Product caused by (i) negligent use of the Product,(ii) misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, repair or improper installation of the Product, (iii) electrical short circuits or transients, (iv) heat, humidity, moisture or temperatures beyond product specifications (v) use of replacement parts not supplied by Gaiexce (vi) improper Product maintenance, or (vii) accident, fire, flood or other Acts of God.
• This warranty does not extend to firmware or software accompanying, included with, or embedded in the Gaiexce Products ("Software") or mobile apps provided by Gaiexce for the operation of Gaiexce Products ("Apps") , nor does it extend to any cloud service provided by Gaiexce ("Cloud Service"). Software, Cloud Service and Apps are provided "as is" and Hiseeu does not guarantee that they will be error-free or function without interruption.
• This warranty does not cover data loss, or costs related to data recovery. Hiseeu makes no warranty that the software provided with the Product will function without interruption or otherwise be free of anomalies, errors or viruses. This warranty does not cover any costs relating to removal, replacement, or installation of any Product, regardless of whether the Product is found by Gaiexce to be defective, or software installed on the user's computer.
• Hiseeu reserves the right to make changes to its products without incurring any obligation to modify any product that has already been manufactured. This warranty does not cover any alteration or damage to any other software that may be or may become resident on the users system as a result of installing the software provided.

The repair or replacement provided under this Limited Hardware Warranty is the purchaser’s sole remedy. This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, and Gaiexce does not assume or authorize anyone to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of products or services. In no event shall Gaiexce be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product or the failure or non-functioning of the product, including but not limited to loss of income or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, property damage or loss, any personal injury or death, and any claims of third parties against the purchaser, even if Gaiexce has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Hiseeu does not guarantee that the product or its software, cloud services or applications will operate with any other products or software other than those specified by Hiseeu. Hiseeu is not responsible for the characteristics of third-party hardware or software that may affect the operation of the included Gaiexce software.

Without limiting the foregoing, Gaiexce makes no claim or warranty of any kind regarding the potential, ability or effectiveness of the product to prevent, reduce or in any way affect personal or property damage or injury. Hiseeu is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft related to the product or its use, and for any physical or mental injury related to the product. All claims or statements to the contrary made by salespeople, retailers, dealers or distributors, whether written or oral, are not authorized by Gaiexce and do not affect this provision of this warranty. The Gaiexce Limited Hardware Warranty is only valid if the purchaser purchased the product directly from Gaiexce or an authorized Gaiexce dealer.

The Purchaser may have other rights under state, provincial, or federal laws and where the whole or part of any item of this warranty is prohibited by such laws, it shall be deemed null and void. The remainder of the warranty shall remain in effect.

The Products covered by this warranty must be used as intended for the warranty to apply. Without limit to the foregoing, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages for certain products supplied to consumers or the limitation of liability for personal injury, so the above limitations, exclusions and disclaimers may be limited in their application to you. If implied warranties are not allowed to be excluded in their entirety for any reason, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty in this document. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary depending on local law.

Should the Product require service under this warranty, you must provide Gaiexce with a copy of proof of purchase in the form of the original dated bill of sale, receipt or invoice and product registration information. Gaiexce will not perform any of its obligations under this warranty without the required information as stated above. If returning the Product to Gaiexce you must obtain a Return Authorization number, and you must assume the risk of damage or loss during shipment. You must use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging and you must pay postage. Gaiexce will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
